The great thing about the NYRR Virtual Trainer program is that it is to be used as a guide to your training. If you must move a few workouts around during the week, that is fine. We just advise not to train two hard workouts back-to-back. You will want an off day or cross training day in between those days for your body to recover. If you want to move your long run or day off, you can do that in the manage tab. Here is a quick video on how to do this.
