How do I change my password for an NYRR account?
To reset your NYRR password, click the "Forgot Password?" link on your login screen; on the "Reset Password" screen, enter your email address and click on "Reset Password" to have a link emailed to you to reset your password. Please be sure to check your spam folder if you do not see this email in your inbox. Follow the instructions at the link.
