Will this training plan guarantee that I run the goal time range indicated?
These plans are a guide for training. Although we are confident in our predictions, and philosophy, there is nothing that will guarantee your performance on race day. We teach you how to remain flexible and make alterations during training which will help you be as adaptable for anything that comes your way during the race. We will give you all the tools necessary to succeed, and then it's up to you how you use them!
