When should I schedule my long run?
Schedule your long run on a day that you have time to prepare and recover. Most runners (>85%) tend to do their long run on the weekend, or when the work day does not interfere with a longer run. Since most long runs take up a significant portion of the day, be smart when planning this run. To alter the day of your long run, just click Manage Plan at the top right of your screen, and make your adjustment.
