How can I reset a forgotten password?
If you cannot remember the password for your MyNYRR account, you can use the "Forgot Password" feature found on the log in page.
- To reset your password, click the "(?) / Forgot Password" icon in the password field.
You will be asked to enter the email address for your account and then we will send you an email that includes a link to reset your password.
The email will be sent from the address [email protected] and will be titled "NYRR Password Reset." Please be sure to check your spam folder as well if you do not see this email in your inbox.
If you are unable to remember the email address used for your MyNYRR account, or do not receive the email to reset your password, please contact NYRR Customer Service for assistance.
