How do I activate my NYRR account?
After you complete the process of creating an NYRR account, you will receive an email from [email protected] containing a link to confirm your email address and activate your account. If you believe you did not receive this email, please check your spam or junk-mail folder. If the email is not in your spam/junk folder, please contact our Runner Services team. Please note that this activation email is not required to continue with purchases for races, memberships, or training.
