How do I change my password for an NYRR account?

As a standard security measure to protect your personal information, all passwords associated with My NYRR accounts will expire on May 7, 2018. You’ll be prompted to update your password the first time you sign in to your My NYRR account on or after May 8, 2018. 

Your new password will expire after one year. 

You can change your My NYRR password at any time.
  1. Go to
  2. Log in using your email and current password.
  3. Navigate to the "Account Settings" tab and then to "Security."
  4. Enter your current password, then create a new password and retype that new password to confirm.
    Note: My NYRR passwords must consist of at least eight characters and include one uppercase character, one lowercase character, one numeric character, and one special character. Your new password must not be the same as your previous two passwords.
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on "Save Changes" to save your new password.
